Location: Athens / Greece
Position: full time
Mantis is a leading international WMS / logistics software and solutions vendor, serving large enterprises in more than 30 countries in Europe, the Americas, Middle East & North Africa, and Asia-Pacific. Our flagship platform, Logistics Vision Suite (LVS), powers end-to-end warehouse execution and optimization. We build industry-specific solutions because in our world, one size does not fit all.
Design intuitive, high‑impact experiences for the responsive LVS web client, shaping the next‑generation interface for core warehouse workflows. You’ll turn complex, rules‑driven processes into simple, error‑proof workflows that improve throughput and accuracy. You’ll work with Product Management in a tight‑knit four‑person design / analysis team, reporting to the Director of R&D. Mobile, handheld RF, and industrial terminals may follow as part of the roadmap.
- Design the next generation web client of our warehouse execution suite and own the UX for core warehouse flows from discovery to delivery.
- Translate requirements into journeys, information architecture, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Extend and maintain our shared design system; share with engineering and ensure consistency across the apps.
- Run usability reviews and workshops; gather feedback from users and customers; iterate quickly with engineering.
- Design with metrics in mind and partner with the team to instrument and track improvements.
- 2−5 years designing complex web applications. Portfolio showing user flows, states, and edge cases is required.
- Strong interaction design and information architecture for complex business models and data dense UIs: complex forms, tables/grids, filters, bulk actions, and validations.

- Proven responsive design across breakpoints; cross browser compatibility; practical accessibility knowledge.
- Comfortable planning and running lightweight research/usability testing and turning insights into iterations.
- Domain experience in WMS/logistics or complex ERP is strongly preferred; motivated designers with enterprise product experience are welcome.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn new things.
- Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Designing for large data sets (virtualized tables, pagination vs. infinite scroll, column management) and performance considerations.
- Multi device UX (future roadmap): handheld RF scanners, barcode/QR scanning flows, industrial touch terminals, offline / low bandwidth scenarios.
- Data visualization and dashboard design for operational decision making.
- Front end awareness (HTML/CSS/JS/React) for stronger handoff/feasibility.
- Product analytics and experimentation (e.g., event instrumentation, funnels, A/B testing).
- Motion / microinteractions, microcopy / UX writing, and error/exception design.
- Internationalization / localization, including RTL.
- Field research in warehouses or similar environments; willingness to travel occasionally.
- Competitive salary and benefits
- Private medical program
- Hybrid Working Model
- Training and Development opportunities
- Laptop, mobile phone
