01. About Mantis

Who is Mantis?

Mantis is a European-origin, internationally operating warehouse management system (WMS) and logistics software vendor, established in 1996. We design, implement, and support the Logistics Vision Suite (LVS), used by more than 700 enterprises across Europe, North & Latin America, the Middle East & North Africa, and Asia-Pacific.

Where is Mantis based, and where do you operate?

We operate from 10 offices and a network of qualified implementation partners, with a presence in 30+ countries. Direct regional teams cover the USA, Canada, Germany, Greece, Poland, Romania, Israel, Turkey, Cyprus, and Ukraine, with our partner network extending reach further still.

Who is ecovium and what is the relationship between Mantis and ecovium?

In early 2022, Mantis merged with ecovium, a German-headquartered logistics IT specialist in Supply Chain Execution (SCE) software and hardware. Together, we offer an integrated platform spanning transportation management (TMS), shipping, customs, and warehouse management (WMS) so customers can manage more of their supply chain on connected technology rather than stitching together separate systems.

02. Logistics Vision Suite (LVS)

What is LVS?

LVS is our flagship WMS / logistics software suite — built to be adaptable, whether you're running a single warehouse or a complex, multi-site, multi-client (3PL) operation with extensive automation. The Mantis WMS platform scales with you, rather than requiring a different product as your operation grows.

What can LVS actually do?

At its foundation, LVS delivers a robust Core WMS that manages all essential warehousing operations — including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping — with full inventory visibility and control. Built on top of that core, LVS extends into a broad set of advanced capabilities

    • Can LVS connect to warehouse automation?

    Yes. LVS integrates with automation technologies including Voice Picking, Pick-to-Light, Put-Walls/Sort-to-Light, Smart Pick Carts, Smart Glasses, and RFID. It includes an embedded Warehouse Control System (WCS) that orchestrates manual and automated operations together, and connects with Automated Material Handling Systems such as shuttles, carousels, mini-loads, mobile shelving, AMRs, AGV-like robotics, and sorters.

    Will LVS work with my ERP?

    LVS Link Manager, developed by Mantis, enables fast and seamless ERP interface setup and easy adaptation to evolving business needs.

    LVS has been integrated with the major global ERPs — SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle — as well as a range of regional systems including IFS and Iptor, so it can fit into the systems landscape you already run.
