Senior Business Development Manager – Europe

We are seeking for a highly driven and passionate Senior Business Development Manager Europe, to reinforce our Commercial Team.

The position requires extensive experience in selling enterprise software solutions and developing partner networks.

You will work closely with Mantis’ top international business development management and play an important role in further expanding the company’s business in more geographies and vertical industries.

Job description:

  • Manages existing customer-base in Europe and educates assigned customers on Mantis’ solutions.
  • Identifies, develops, and successfully closes opportunities for Mantis’ software products, services, and integrated solutions, positioning Mantis as a leading vendor for WMS and logistics solutions.
  • Grows software and services revenues and profitability.
  • Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.
  • Develops customer account strategies and tactical penetration plans.
  • Develops compelling value propositions based on ROI cost / benefit analysis.
  • Successfully negotiates customer’ contract and ensures compliance with the terms and conditions.
  • Establishes collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to execute and manage contracts, resolve customer issues, and coordinates successful sales activities.
  • Collaborates with Mantis’ consulting and support services teams to ensure implementation success.

Required Skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Supply Chain / Logistics, Engineering or related degree.
  • 5+ years of applicable experience in international sales of high value, long lead time software enterprise solutions. Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or Supply Chain Software & Solutions will be considered an asset.
  • Availability to travel up to 50% of working time.
  • Strategic orientation, relationship building, negotiation skills, and business acumen.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal sales and technical teams.
  • Dynamic, competitive, resilient attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Working experience with Microsoft Office automation products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), CRM system and other reporting tools.
