\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAvesta Pharmaceutics<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0was founded in 1997. Now the company operates in the new warehouse with total area of 15,000 sq.m.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAvesta Pharmaceutics<\/strong>\u00a0realized the need for a\u00a0Warehouse Management System<\/strong>\u00a0that would have a great deal of implementation in the Pharmaceutical sector, that would be flexible to comply to the maximum with the company\u2019s specifications and an implementer with deep market knowledge.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

They selected\u00a0Logistics Vision Suite (LVS)<\/strong>\u00a0which includes a sophisticated\u00a0WMS<\/strong>\u00a0solution designed for large enterprises with demanding logistics activities.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The project was undertaken by\u00a0Mantis<\/strong>\u2018 partner in Russia\/CIS,\u00a0ant Technologies<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0throughout the stages of business analysis, implementation and commissioning.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

The project had to be implemented in 4 months including matching all their technical requirements. It was realized primarily based on the relevant specifications and then the processes of receiving, storing, picking, checking, packing and shipping were adapted.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Regarding the outbound, the control system of sorting and packing was implemented. This process is performed by using the\u00a0Touch Screen Packing Station<\/strong>, where\u00a0multi-plane scanners<\/strong>\u00a0\u0219i\u00a0video cameras<\/strong>\u00a0are used, for process recording.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Picking is performed by using Pick-to-Cart technologies that allow a picker to pick up to 18 orders simultaneously.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

LVS<\/strong>\u2018 picking, packing and the\u00a0Touch Screen Packing Station<\/strong>\u00a0module were adapted according to customer\u2019s requirements, considering ergonomics, operating speed, labelling specifics and safety.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Finally,\u00a0LVS<\/strong>\u00a0was integrated with\u00a0Avesta Pharmaceutics<\/strong> accounting software.\u00a0The employees were extensively trained in using and administering\u00a0LVS<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
