We are seeking a highly driven & passionate Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our award-winning Sales team in Athens, Greece.
In this role, you will drive business growth in the Greek market, develop strong customer relationships, and position our Warehouse Management System as a value-driven solution for mid-sized and enterprise customers.
- Drive sales growth of WMS solutions in the Greek market
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across logistics, warehousing, retail, manufacturing, and distribution sectors
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification and customer meetings to product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure
- Achieve assigned sales targets and actively contribute to overall market expansion
- Manage and expand our portfolio of existing customers
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer requirements and positioning WMS solutions as value-driven investments
- Collaborate closely with presales and services teams on solution design and technical presentations
- Support and participate in product demonstrations, workshops, and customer meetings
- Ensure a seamless handover from sales to implementation and delivery teams
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and forecast in CRM
- Provide structured market feedback and customer insights to internal stakeholders
- Proven experience in B2B software sales, ideally in WMS, ERP, TMS, or Supply Chain solutions
- Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes
- Experience selling to mid-sized or enterprise customers in Greece
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in Greek and English
- Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities in parallel
- Results-oriented mindset with strong ownership of targets
- Experience selling enterprise software or SaaS solutions
- Knowledge of logistics automation, barcode or RFID technologies, or warehouse operations
- Established network within the Greek logistics or supply chain market
