Job description:
- You will design and develop applications and components for our 100%, in-house developed, state-of-the-art, Logistics Vision Suite, using .Net Framework 4.8 and .NET 7+ tech stacks.
- You will have a leading role in the process of moving our software to the future, utilizing the latest trends and technologies like Blazor and .NET MAUI. You will be required to apply best practices and design patterns while doing so and work with other talented people in this process.
- Analyze client and product team requirements and develop functional and technical specifications.
- Performance tuning efforts and achieving desired performance benchmarks.
- Serve as a senior technical resource in Mantis corporate R&D center.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in Mantis software development life cycle environment and tools.
- Document code; write internal documentation and training manuals.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of experience in developing enterprise applications, using mainly C# and .NET (4.x and 5+).
- Solid experience in/with:
- Designing, developing, deploying, and supporting the back and front ends of ASP.NET applications.

Mantis is recruiting Senior Business Intelligence Developer for full-time work at its corporate R&D center in Athens – Greece.
The Senior Business Intelligence Developer will be responsible for designing and developing the company’s BI solution and closely work with the product management team to ensure the requirements and specifications are met. The developer must work well in a team setting and have excellent organizational, prioritization, communication, and time management skills.
The successful candidate will demonstrate accountability, flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple and changing priorities and collaborate with development teams successfully, technology groups, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Key Performance Areas:
- Extensive experience with development using various tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc.)
- Experience in Data Warehouse, ETL, Report design and development
- Expertise working with relational and multidimensional database schemas and writing queries
- Strong SQL Developer skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Perform analysis, design, development, validation and implementation of reports
- Ability to design and plan scalable BI solutions
- Experience with requirements gathering
- Ability to provide estimates to support timelines and deliverables
- Follow and enhance BI standards and best practices across the team
- Collaborate and mentor team members on methodology, design and architecture
- Ensure optimal end-user performance by establishing and consistently executing overall system performance assessment processes and associated action plans
- Provide consultation on complex projects and act as a top-level contributor
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree Computer Science or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience developing business intelligence applications and dashboards, testing and change management
- 2+ years of experience working with data warehouses is preferred. Strong SQL skills and experience with performance tuning are required
- Hands-on experience with technical support. Strong ability to troubleshoot required
