Job description:

  • Establish a high-scale and efficient Finance Department.
  • Execute and support the organization to achieve its strategic goals.
  • Implementation, monitoring and continuous use of best practices and procedures for the execution and coordination of the operations of the Finance Department.
  • Study and analysis of the evolution of the financial figures of the organization and prompt advice to all levels of Management to take the appropriate measures and actions to prevent risks and take advantage of opportunities in the economic environment, as to ensure the profitability and development of the Company.
  • Organization and coordination of the timely preparation of all financial statements, KPIs, studies, reports etc.
  • Supervision of the proper operation of the Mantis Accounting and Financial Department.
  • Monitoring and management of the Company’s cash-flows, including rolling 13-week cash-forecast and the Organization ‘s debt obligations.
  • Monitoring of financial data and drawing up of periodical reports within the prescribed deadlines which will be set to this end.
  • Preparing and monitoring the course of the annual budget/rolling forecast/planning.
  • Supervisory control of payroll and labor/insurance issues of the Company.
  • Management of the Finance &Accounting Department team and providing the necessary support and guidance for its members to achieve their department’s goals.
  • Control of the financial data in the reports submitted by other company departments and countries. Approval and proposal of modifications / support and guidance to the remaining departments of the Company, with the aim of maximizing the return of each investment and increasing productivity.
  • Representation of the Company in meetings with banks and local auditors.
  • Close collaboration with the global Finance team at Headquarter.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or Business Administration, Master’s degree will be an asset.
  • Needs to have signature rights under Greek law.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of a Finance Planning & Control experience in a managerial position, preferably in an international corporate environment at a software company.
  • A good knowledge of applicable accounting and reporting standards (e.g. IFRS, Greek GAAP, Greek chart of accounts) from a statutory and consolidation perspective and understanding of related risks in the applicable financial statement areas.
  • Financial modelling skills and understanding of valuation methods applicable to corporates.
  • Excellent financial and business analytical skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Team building mentality along with strong leadership skills.
  • Self-starter combining strategic and hands-on approach, with the ability to see the big picture.

Job description:

  • Client business and process requirements analysis, solution design and documentation (Blueprint).

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Automation Engineering, Logistics / Supply Chain, Computer Science or related degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in implementing and supporting WMS solutions.
  • Experience in requirements analysis and translation into a systems definition.
  • Very good WMS domain knowledge of:
    • All processes: receiving, put away, counting, picking, packing, shipping, etc.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

  • Bring and foster new opportunities through existing relationships or additional methods effective for Mantis products and services.
  • Conduct analysis of existing clients and develop strategic and tactical strategies to expand and/or cross sell Mantis products.
  • Own your forecast and be accountable for providing accurate business updates to our internal business, while keeping activities and deal updates current in Mantis CRM.
  • Build a pipeline for software and services in assigned named accounts or territory towards closing new business.
  • Create a sales plan and approach to achieve quarter and annual sales goals.
  • Manage the entire sales process from identification to close, by:
    • Identifying, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities to prospective and potentially existing customers.
    • Conducting discovery sessions in person or virtually in collaboration with other Mantis resources to fully understand customers’ functional and technical requirements and to deliver tailored solution proposals.
    • Self-directing activities with internal and external parties such as marketing, business development and system integrators or partners to ensure pipeline is at least 4-5 times sales quota for the rolling 12-month period.
  • Work with Mantis team members to elaborate compelling proposals and be the owner and driver of responses to RFPs/RFIs from prospects in the assigned territory or named accounts, ensuring that Mantis and its value propositions are presented in the best possible manner.
  • Work with the direct supervisor (Sales VP) to ensure all assigned accounts are handled in a strategic manner and collaborating when required:
    • Cultivate relationships with named accounts to become a trusted partner.
    • Build key-relationships at D/VP/CXO levels within accounts and sales opportunities.
    • Identify key relationships with named accounts and provide a roadmap to gain access to decision-makers.
    • Understand and promote Mantis value proposition.
  • Be able to provide effective high-level presentations and demonstrations of Mantis software in person and virtually and engage the Pre-Sales Consultant when required.
    • Travel to Mantis offices, prospective clients, current accounts or attend trade shows when required.
    • Update and maintain data in CRM and other applications on all leads/prospects/contacts/activity, etc.
    • Assist with other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by:
    • Attending educational workshops.
    • Reviewing professional publications.
    • Establishing personal networks.
    • Participating in professional organizations.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in selling:
    • Complex sales cycle (4-8 months, multiple stages and stakeholders) in the Supply Chain / WMS markets.
    • Software and implementation services in a single transaction.
    • Preferably in the segments of 3PL/LSP, Retail and Distribution.
  • Proven sales quota attainment track record.
  • Customer focused, consultative Account Management, cross sell and upsell skills required.
  • Ample knowledge of the sales processes and experience in account management and client management.
  • Demonstrable use or training of sales process/methodology (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, Solution Selling, Force Management, Complex Sale, Power Base Selling or similar).
  • High level of comfort selling to C/VP suite, operational and technical (IT) stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and understanding of distribution processes and KPIs of customers in the USA/Canada.
  • Experience in Team-based organizational model (e.g., a virtual team that includes business development, presales, services, etc.) will be an asset.
  • Availability to travel up to 75% of the time.

Mantis is recruiting a Senior Software Analyst for full-time work at its corporate R&D center in Athens – Greece.

You will work closely with Mantis’ corporate R&D management and play an important role in further extending and enhancing its world-class WMS / logistics software suite.

Job description:

  • Gather business requirements from stakeholders such as customers, users, sales managers, business unit managers, business owners, and product managers.
  • Design, analyze, and transform the business requirements into functional requirements, write specifications and use cases, and contribute to the design of user interfaces requirements for applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, and team leaders to ensure a shared understanding of the functional requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail for a high degree of consistency and accuracy in conveying information to the software developers, ensuring that the product/solution meets acceptance criteria.
  • Perform tests on developed solutions / products and evaluate quality and performance.
  • Comply with R&D department methodologies and software development methodologies.
  • Provide regular updates on deliverable timelines and project status to the company’s senior management.

Required Skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in applied / engineering sciences and / or computer science
  • 3+ years of experience in software analysis and design for enterprise applications
  • Basic knowledge of RDMS databases (Microsoft SQL, Oracle)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
  • Work collaboratively with a highly talented cross-functional team to deliver scalable solutions
  • Proficient in written and spoken forms of the English language

Nice to have as additional assets:

  • Prior experience in the industry (especially in Web-related technologies)
  • Experience in programming with Microsoft .Net framework, .Net core (C#, VB etc.)
  • Prior experience with issue-tracking software (e.g. JIRA) and software development principles
  • Basic Knowledge or experience in azure cloud applications
  • Agile Project Management experience (SCRUM)

Mantis is recruiting Software Quality Assurance (QA) Tester for full-time work at its corporate R&D center in Athens – Greece.

As a Software Quality Assurance (QA) Tester, you will play a critical role in delivering high quality, perfectly-functioning software and web applications to customers. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and implementing systematic test plans. You will collaborate with software developers and project supports to determine project scope and requirements. Success in this role will be demonstrated by providing quality work output, screening for errors, and refining usability throughout the software development and implementation process.

Job description:

  • Execution of test cases under varying circumstances
  • Documentations and evaluation of test results
  • Detection, logging, and reporting program bugs and glitches
  • Tracking defects and helping troubleshoot errors
  • Collaboration with engineers to drive QA efforts

Required Skills and experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of QA testing experience
  • Experience in Agile frameworks and regression testing desired
  • Proficient in test management software
  • Good working knowledge of programming languages
  • High attention to detail and solid analytical skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Good command of English Language
