MX Logistic\u00a0is a logistics operator, provides storing services of frozen goods and is located in Moscow, Pechatniki, YuVAO. This new\u00a0class A warehouse<\/strong>\u00a0with a\u00a0total area of 31,300 sq. m.<\/strong>\u00a0and covered area 12,800 sq.m., is modernly equipped. \nThe uniqueness of the logistics complex is the ability to store products in\u00a0five temperature conditions: from +15oC to -25oC<\/strong>.<\/i><\/blockquote>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMX Logistic<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0warehouse\u00a0consists of several zones running in different temperature modes<\/strong>, namely, low-temperature, medium, universal camera, mezzanine area, which covers about 1,100 sq.m. The\u00a0total storage capacity is more than 14,000 pallets<\/strong>.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\u03a4he complex is equipped with\u00a019 docks<\/strong>, is designed to process\u00a0more than 4,500 tons of cargo per day<\/strong>. Put into operation in 2014, it is planned to provide a full range of high-quality logistics services, and is equipped with modern high-tech equipment and control systems.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

MX Logistic<\/strong>\u00a0provides a full range of services, from receiving to shipping, storage, cross-docking, handling of returns, etc., and provides the additional services of management of shipments to customers on behalf of its depositors.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The company focuses on the efficient and prompt response to customers\u2019 needs. Due to high customer service needs and to the high requirements for the logistics business processes, the company needed a modern\u00a0Warehouse Management System<\/strong>\u00a0(WMS).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

MX Logistic<\/strong>\u00a0made the choice to go with\u00a0Mantis<\/strong>\u00a0by\u00a0\u0397 Mantis<\/strong>\u00a0\u03ba\u03b1\u03b9\u00a0ant Technologies<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Specialized goods receipt and put-away processes were implemented based on storage temperature that is achieved with the use of buffer areas.\u00a0Goods\u2019 selection and shipment processes are performed in compliance with FEFO, FIFO<\/strong>. Handling variable weight products, with various packaging forms, is managed efficiently.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

VNA trucks are used<\/strong>\u00a0and their software is\u00a0integrated with Logistics Vision Suite<\/strong>\u00a0(LVS).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

LVS<\/strong>\u00a0manages the automation, assigns tasks, sends the VNA operator to a specified location, while repositioning is performed automatically based on\u00a0LVS<\/strong>\u00a0put away algorithms.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

There is also implemented intelligent lighting in all areas<\/strong>: Lights are turned on in the route of the stacker or storekeeper to perform an operation. This was achieved by integrating\u00a0Mantis<\/strong>\u00a0\u03ba\u03b1\u03b9\u00a0Office light<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
