    • Senior administrative assistants to Mantis international management.

Job Description:

  • Sales, Marketing & Customer Service Tasks:
    Create, organize and maintain sales / services / support offers, orders and contracts, both electronic and physical ensuring the confidentiality and security. Prepare sales / marketing/services presentations. Serve as an initial point of contact, for requests related to sales, marketing and services / support activities. Support marketing event planning and execution. Operate the company’s IT systems related to all above tasks.
  • Office & Bookkeeping Tasks:
    Create correspondence (memos, e-mails, reports, etc.). Prepare documents, manage calendars to schedule appointments, sort mail, prepare invoices and offer general staff support. Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical ensuring the confidentiality and security. Serve as an initial point of contact, answering phones, greeting visitors and handling complaints in a courteous, professional manner. Make travel arrangements and generate itineraries. Perform basic bookkeeping, especially accounts payable / receivable. Operate the company’s IT systems related to all above tasks.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience in similar positions, preferably in the Information Technology (IT) industry.
  • High school diploma.
  • Good organization, time management and scheduling skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Solid experience in using e-mail and Microsoft office automation products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent command of the English language.

Nice to have as additional assets:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, public administration or a related field. Professional certification in office management is a plus.
  • Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Basic bookkeeping experience, especially in accounts payable / receivable.
